Tyrone Hospital provides three primary care clinics that are departments of Tyrone Hospital. These include Tyrone Medical Associates which is located on the Tyrone Hospital campus, Belleade Family Medicine located in the Bellmeade area of Altoona and Toftrees Family Medicine located in State College.
