Special Services
Tyrone Hospital provides the following services for the convenience of patients, families, and visitors.

ATM Machine
An ATM machine is located on the first floor in the area near the emergency department and patient registration area.

Chapel
A non-denomination chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital. Patients, families, and visitors have access to
the chapel twenty-four hours a day.

Clergy Visitation
Tyrone Hospital appreciates the important role that spiritual support and quiet reflection plays in a person’s recovery
process. Patients are welcome to invite members of the clergy visit them. However, with respect to privacy regulations,
patients must grant permission by permitting their name to be listed in the hospital directory. 

Free & Convenient Parking
Parking at Tyrone Hospital and all of the buildings located on the Tyrone Hospital campus is provided at no charge.
You will also find the parking convenient with a lot located directly in front of the hospital as well as each  of the
buildings located on the hospital campus. In addition, you will find an ample pull-up area directly in front of the
hospital to make it more convenient for individuals to be dropped off and picked up.

Lounge/Family Waiting Areas
Lounge/family waiting areas are located on the first floor near the short procedure unit and the UOC Orthopedic Clinic.
There is also a lounge/family waiting area located on the second floor near the Keystone Headache and Pain
Management Center and the medical surgical patient care unit. Individuals are also welcome to use the hospitals’
main lobby area as needed.

Meditation Trail
The Reverend Dr. Samuel T. Lewis, III meditation trail is located in a wooded area on the western end of the Tyrone
Hospital campus.  The short walking trail offers individuals a quiet , tranquil place to spend a few moments in times
of stress and anxiety.  Visitors to the meditation trail will notice a number of plantings along the trail that have been
placed in memory of loved ones.

Notary Public
Tyrone Hospital provides the services of a notary public for patients who may need this services while they are
undergoing treatment at Tyrone Hospital. The Notary Public can be reached by calling hospital administration at
ext 1302.

Snack Bar
A snack bar is located on the first floor of the hospital near the elevators. The snack bar is open for breakfast and
lunch during the following hours.

Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 2:00 pm

Vending Machines with beverages and snack food items are located in the snack bar and are accessible seven
days a week on a twenty-four hour basis.
