Tyrone Hospital Development Council

The Tyrone Hospital Development Council is a group of volunteers that organize and conduct fund raising activities to purchase capital equipment and support the capital projects of Tyrone Hospital. The Development Council was established in 2000. The mission of the Council is to stimulate community support of the healing mission of Tyrone Hospital. This is accomplished through volunteer leadership, gifting programs, publicity events and materials generated by the Development Council. Examples of capital equipment and projects supported by the Development Council since its inception include intravenous pumps, technically advanced hi-speed computerized tomography scanner (CT scanner),Vital signs monitors, and software to develop electronic medical records.
