Tyrone Hospital Care Car
The Tyrone Hospital Care Car service provides free transportation by appointment to people who reside in the Tyrone
Area School District. Transportation is provided to doctor’s offices located in Tyrone and to Tyrone Hospital. The Care Car
is a standard van. It is not equipped to transport individuals in wheelchairs.

The Care Car service is available
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 2:30 pm.
Closed weekends and holidays.

The service is provided free of charge. Donations are accepted but are entirely optional and not requested.

Appointments for Care Car transportation can be made by calling 684-1255. Twenty-four hour notice is requested.

The Care Car service is made possible through support from the Tyrone Hospital Auxiliary and Tyrone Hospital.
