David Arbutina, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Arbutina’s focused area of expertise is breast cancer surgery. His scope of practice also includes surgery for melanoma and general surgery

Dr. Arbutina is a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a graduate of Hahnemann Medical College.   His medical training includes an internship at the United States Air Force Regional Hospital in Elgin and a residency in general surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital.  His professional military education was completed at Air War College.

Dr. Arbutina’s professional memberships include the American College of Surgeons where he has been a Fellow since 1990 and now serves as a Governor, he is the current President of the Keystone Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, he is a life-time member and Past President of the Society of Air Force Clinical Surgeons, he is a member of the Zeta Chapter of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and he is a past member of the Association of Program Directors in Surgery.
